This is the second day we haven't had any and I find this fact, to say the least, annoying!

I agree. If whoever is in charge of coming up with words and phrases is having trouble coming up with ideas, let zone members contribute.
Yes! This is the second day in a row that I haven't seen any of the other games have any words, I think they better wake up and get it going again.
I have brought this problem to the attention of the admins. I ran into it myself when trying to update the game this morning. I'll report back once I know anything more.

this is now the third day with no premium anagrams. I paid for a service, and I want that service.
When looking at the previous results page, it seems to have run into problems. All was OK up until the 1st of November, but then after that, there were several anagrams, all for the 2nd. The system obviously doesn't like this and so there have been no anagrams.
Hopefully this will be sorted soon as that's what I paid premium membership for!
Yes I agree with above posters we pay for the services and I just signed up for another year!. give us are games!! please??
It seems like things went goofy after the time change Saturday night/Sunday morning. I sure hope it gets fixed soon.
I wonder why it didn't bother the other anagram games? I e-mailed about it, and of course no response.
Yes, there shouldn't of been any problem when the time change took effect this past weekend, so lets get them back up and going so we can play those other games again.
the anagrams are set days in advance by cls, i know, i did it for a few months. they just haven't got round to it, shoddy I know.
liz, which is a cl said it's messed up and she's trying to get it taken care of. you haven't done them for a long time, and it wasn't witht the new ones. so don't come on here acting like you know what's going on, trying to stir up crap. lol! there's enough of that on here. i do agree it needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
Any more news about where the premium anagrams have got to?
well its day four. I think the admin's should be helping to fix this. sorry, we are paying for the extra games which I play and love every day.
Hi. I haven't wrlitten to complain so far because that it would work itself out, but, it's nowday 4 and I'm getting a little upset. This my week to play without much interuption. I'm going to loose that time. Next week I have other things I need to do and won't have this kind of time on my hands. Besides, the reason I bought premium membership was to play anagrams. What's the problem? I hope it can be resolved soon. Thanks. djmom

Yes day five damn it where are the admins, we pay for them!! maybe we should flood them with e-mails. I have not seen a cl, maybe because they can't fix it, then maybe they should bitch to someone who can. I know if they could fix it they would. Can someone at least explain why its taking so long? is that to much to ask for what I pay to play?? thanks
Ok I logged in and got a news update about board posts being in the wrong categories. So someone is on here. So why haven't we at least gotten an update on the reason for the lack of premium anagrams?
I saw there was an update but it wouldn't play. Was there any info?

Yes day six. I just signed up again and I am not getting all that I paid for. Why the silence from everyone come and explain or give us that pay for this site something for the lack of what we pay for.!! I personally am not trying to be rude but damn I didn't even get a response from any admin when I e-mailed them. all premium members should be posting here we need to unite! I miss my anagrams!!

Okay, I thank Liz for coming out here (and being the only one, I might add) to give us some sort of explanation and assurance that it's being investigated. But the fact is, five days have passed since her post, and still we premiums are not getting all the services for which we paid. A bit ridiculous, if you ask me. If you're having trouble fixing it, at least show the courtesy of telling us that. If you can't be bothered to make an effort to get us our paid services, then turn the jobs over to people who will.
agreed, ok, i don't do the anagrams, but i'm behind those who do. paws up to anagram players.

We need our anagrams back. Some of us are basically addicted. Please tell us what is wrong. If you don't know, then tell us that. Good customer service is the backbone of any project. It is definitely lacking here
at least if you're not going to fix it for a long time, put out a news anouncement?. i'mm with everyone fully, more money for extra services and it's just not happening. the main 1 works (i think) but please, do something about it!

Okay here it is the 10th of november. No anagrams and no response to my e-mail. This is pissing me off considering I have purchased another year, and last year purchased 2 other memberships for others. We love our anagrams!!
I sent a message to the admins too, and haven't received any response either. This is just getting rediculous
lol-How would it be if we all asked for refunds on our premium memberships? Dunno if that's possible, but we'd sure as hell be justified.
I say we all send an e-mail and get our friends to send one. flood them!! ahahahaha
They've been flooded already, from what I gather, but to no avail.

people, is anagrams the only thing premium is for? no! we still have a lot more than standard members do. maybe the admins are busy witnh other things? it is starting to be a busy time for us in college and the like, all our classes and that. if you only care about your word games, why not find a site devoted to that. or better yet, make one of your own.

The fact is that Anagrams are the things that a lot of us paid for when we subscribed to the premiums. It is not whining when you have paid for something and not received it. It isn't only that there are no longer any premium anagrams, it is the fact that there has been no response to our questions. A simple reply would go a long way toward soothing these savage beasts, myself included.
maybe the admins are busy with their classes? there's been a couple times that i've missed my email for a while do to it, and i don't even have a full load of credits.
I'm not buying that one. I can certainly understand school responsibilities, and kno how busy one can get, but this isn't the only time that they haven't reply to emails. I have been coming to this site for three years now, and there have been multiple times when people have complained because their emails go unnoticed.

And it's fine to be busy with life, but when you maintain a service that others have paid for, that should be somewhere on your top priorities list.
I agree with Gemini and whoever else mentioned no responses from the admins. Communication is sorely lacking on this site. At least tell us what is going on and post some sort of announcement if the premium games are not coming back.
rat, the point is a service has been payed for, and there for it should be there to enjoy when ever the user decides. of course they care about other stuff, but how would you feel if you payed for something and never got it?

i can see what you're saying but i don't think counting the days is going to do any good, nor is the demanding that they fix it before anything else happens.
The point is no response, and yes there a few other features we get, but anagrams are part of the service we paid fore. I personally love the challenge of the different anagrams, just because you don't play or care about them, we do!
yeah. i agree with the refund idea. i will admit i was about to start to get in to premium anagrams but there was no new one there. what si that? anyway, i hope there is a new one soon.
If nothing else, this should tell those in charge how much the anagrams mean to their subscribers. You would think just knowing that they would be interested in responding wouldn't you? I hope that we at least get a response. I've looked for other sites that offer anagrams in a format that is ecessable but haven't found one. That makes this site unique. So it stands to reason the admen would wantted to keep its subscribers happy. I again ask "What's up with the anagrams?" djmom
I guess no official announcement was made, but the problems have been fixed as of the middle of this afternoon. For those of us who were logged on and had public quicknotes turned on at the time, the admin made the announcement.

Hello. As was previously said here, anagrams are finally fixed. We do apologize for the inconvenience and will take steps to prevent this from happening again. We'll also be extending everyone's premium memberships to compensate for the down-time, so watch for that to hit your account in the coming days.

Thanks for fixing the problem. For the future, though, it would be nice if someone would let us know that they have acknowledged the problem and are receiving our emails and messages. Liz did post here to tell us that the problem was being looked into, but there wasn't anything after that. I think it's important that the admins communicate with us to let us know that they are working on everything, that way everyone isn't complaining and we at least know that something is being done.

Again? Well, they were obviously having some problems with the site yesterday; whether that has anything to do with the lack of anagrams I don't know. But yes, I hope it is resolved more quickly and with more communication this time.

I was going to mention that too. The last time this happened we were promised an extra week of premium or something like that. But it never happened.
they have not even extended anything for anyone yet we still support the cite, and try to understand. Not even a note saying sorry we were down. I would never run a business that way! Please communicate? Is that really much to ask??
Oh yeh, that's right! Well, if I don't get my extended time, I will certainly not be renewing my premium membership.

Well said. The fact that there are other Premium features is beside the point. For one thing, some people only come on this site for the games, and right now their enjoyment of the site is very limited. For another thing, everyone who's paying for a premium should get the whole package and should be notified when a bug will be fixed. That's common sense and common courtesy.

Whine! Why should we be satisfied with half of the package we pay for. It seems that we blind people are supposed to settle for whatever is given to us. I am so tired of this attitude. If we pay for something, we should get it or get an explanation of why we don't get it. Customer service should be the rule no matter what the location. Just explain the problem and I will be patient.

well this is weird, the anagrams came back last night, and now they are gone today. that is strange.
Hi all, I spoke to one of the current community leaders last night to ask that the list of premium anagrams be updated so that we could play, and they explained to me that this is a task no longer performed by the sites community leaders. Apparently the premium anagrams are now automatically generated by the site as with other anagrams such as the speed word but for whatever reason, this isn't working properly.
So the good news is you now know why things aren't as they should be, the bad news is that it can only be fixed by one of the admins, and well, you all know what that probably means.

Dan, thanks for telling us what is happening with the anagrams, but like others have said it would be nice if customer service would let all of us know and fix the problem, please. The anagrams are the main reason I became a premium member too and I want to see them back along with some communication and if this goes on as it seems to have been happening, we should have compensation, extended premium membership.

I'm thrilled the zone is back and don't want to seem ungrateful, but the premium anagrams are still not working. I sure hope trying to fix this problem isn't what made the zone go down for three days.
I'm with you on that, LibraLady. I am disappointed that the problems with the premium anagrams have not been resolved and had hoped that the long delaymeant that issue was being addressed. Having said that, I'm glad the Zone is back up and running again..

I didn't look last night but sometimes the words are up at around 10 Pm. Eastern time so if it's a timer that's automated I wish someone would get it back to normal.
My addiction to anagrams is such that I need more more more. Hope they can get fixed soon. New Year's wish is that communication can be improved. If it were anagramers would be much much happier.

Brian, I agree with you and I'm quite annoyed that there is no accountability anywhere. I can assure you that if this is not resolved soon, I will not be renewing for premium in the future as the anagrams were the main reason I wanted to be premium in the first place.
